Aromas of grapefruit, lemon and a hint of lime, accompanied by mineral notes and a delicate floral scent of irises. Lively and refreshing with a light but present acidity. On the palate there is a balanced combination of citrus fruits, mineral notes and a hint of tree fruit. The grapes for this wine come from old Carricante vines in Sicily. The careful hand picking and gentle pressing of the grapes
