Litchis 2004 The grapes for this wineThe unfiltered wine has a slightly golden color with green silver reflections. On the nose we encounter the sour tartness of freshly torn lemon peel, pear, and slightly bruised apples. Ripe pineapple and baked apple rings combine with lemon balm and sage. A hint of quince peel and gooseberry joins in subliminally. On the palate the wine is incredibly juicy and balanced. It brings a lot of aroma into the glass and impresses with a fine acid structure.
