58° Chardonnay 2022 4 g/l Säure 6Our 58 Chardonnay grows on the Auggener Liesten, on south southwest slopes that climb to a 58 gradient one of the steepest worksites in the Markgrflerland. The combination of long sun hours and the calcareous loess loam beneath the vines gives the wine its tension. Hand harvested, fermented warm and on native yeasts after a few hours of skin contact, then raised 12 to 18 months in oak a combination of barrique and larger cask and bottled unfiltered
