Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled barrels, where the wine undergoes its alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. In this Chablis, a subtle touch of minerality prevails due to the terroir. It is a powerful, warm and rich Chablis, round and fleshy in structure. This wine is characterized by fresh citrus fruits and aromas of honey and candied fruit.
