On the nose: ripe yellow apple, apricots, almond butter, hazelnut and a little yeast plait. In the second sip something smoky, honey, grapefruit and pear. The animating acidity is very well integrated and reflects the yellow fruit character. The tannin (very delicate, but present) gives the wine a long finish. A light salty tickle takes the minerality to a new level, especially in
