With this turntable you save the tedious turning of the food with the shovel. A half burnt pizza is a thing of the past. You can easily turn the pizza stone (not included) with a diameter of 28 32cm without having to take the pizza out of the oven. This unit is attached in place of the original stone in existing screw positions of the Ooni. A round pizza stone is then inserted. Simple
