2022 Etna Bianco DOC Cottanera De-stemmingAfter the success of the Etna Rosso, Cottanera also brought a white Etna onto the market. The wine was only aged in wooden barrels for a very short time so as not to mask its fine fruit. The Etna Bianco DOC consists of Carricante and Catarratto. The grapes are harvested at an altitude of around 700 meters on Mount Etna.
