Cucumber freshness meets 24 selectedGrner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Riesling, Zierfandler and Gelber Muskateller from one vineyard; fermented on the mash, malolactic fermentation, fine yeast storage for 10 months in barriques and bottled unfiltered, this natural wine shows how complex, multi layered and elegant a mixed set can be at the same time. The wine was fermented spontaneously, neither fined nor filtered and minimally sulphurised.
