This is a dark smoky quartz crystal with a near black body, natural growth striations along the prism faces, a terminated point and small pale surface marks inclusions visible in the photos. Morion is the very dark brown to black end of smoky quartz, and this compact 70mm crystal is best suited to a small mineral display or Brazilian quartz suite. Exact specimen shown in the photos.
