Germany, Hj. A Children’s Holiday Transportation Badge Auction Archive in March 1895(Kinderlandverschickung Abzeichen). Constructed of gilded zink, horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central raised Sig rune overlaid by an HJ style German national eagle, circumscribed by an inscription of ERWEITERTE KIND LAND VERSCHICKUNG, unmarked, measuring 38 mm in diameter, demonstrating the loss of most of the gilt finish, in very fine condition.
