Fox Run | Turkey Brining Bag Coffees and Teas Made from sustainably harvested woodHolds a turkey up to 25lbs. Brining seasons turkey and increases moisture, resulting in a juicier, more flavorful bird. To use: Place turkey in brining bag. Add cool brine into bag with turkey. Seal bag tightly, making sure to remove excess air. Place in refrigerator and brine for 12 24 hours, turning occasionally. When ready to cook, remove turkey from bag and pat dry, then transfer to oven.
