Domaine Patrick Piuze Chablis, Terroir de Fleys 2023 rob whereby the 'mother' base isBrilliant pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits delicate aromas of unripe pear, grapefruit and citrus with a light toasty cashew end note. The palate shows a shade more concentration and better mouthfeel than the terriors de Courgis. Flavours of pear, spice and cashew are followed by a flinty mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of cashew, spice and mineral.
