Constructed of field grey cotton twill, the obverse bearing a central black machine embroidered Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by Heer Infantry standards constructed of balck and white machine embroidery with silver aluminum wire highlights, above five machine embroidered silver aluminum wire oak leaves with dual acorns, unmarked, measuring 104 mm (w) x 120 mm (h), in unissued
