Gordon: hardcover, navy blue dimpled cloth cover, image of the India Medal in crimson, green and silver coloured inks on the cover, the text on the spine in silver coloured ink, printed and published by Gale and Polden Limited, at The Wellington Press, Aldershot in 1947. A statement on the title page describes the basic contents of the book: "A description of every campaign medal and bar awarded
