the wine is ready to be enjoyed now and will comfortably cellar up to 5 years
it is partially co-fermented with a gentle maceration then aged in 300 and 600L French oak barrels of which 20% are new

It has an intense dark red color, intense aroma of wild cherries, reflecting the beauty of handpicked native Istrian grapes. The wine was fermented with wild yeasts following age old traditional organic practices, HADO science and aged in oak barrique barrels.
