Fowles Stone Dwellers Sparkling Pinot Noir NV savignin and then opens up toWinemaking This wine was fermented at 15C in stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit flavours. Pinot noir, a traditional grape of Champagne is used in this wine, however we employ the methods used to make Prosecco to create a fresher style of sparkling wine that really shows off the bright fruit flavours of this wonderful varietal.
