A very well preserved Waffen SS Panzer EM NCOs M40 overseas cap, constructed of black wool. It is fully surrounded by fold down side panels. All of the exterior insignia has been removed from the cap, with no evident outlines or traces of stitching. The interior is fully encompassed by a black rayon blended liner.
