The fest has been happening since 1994. In 1999, the lineup included Jay Z, 702, Ja Rule, DMX, Eve, Swiss Beatz, Method Man and Redman, Nas, Q Tip, Msisy Elliot, Busta Rhymes, MC Hammer, and even more. This vintage shirt, in excellent condition, features a great illustration of a person, looking at you kind of quizzically, with big eye brows and a bushy goatee,
