Class, Type VI 1936 1977, (Orden del Mrito Militar). Instituted August 3rd, 1864. Constructed of gilded bronze and multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Greek cross with white enameled arms and a central round medallion bearing the Coat of Arms of Castile, Lene, Aragon, Navarre, and Granada, constructed of red and white enameled quadrants, with the white quadrants bearing gilded rampant
