It belongs to Valentin Desloges , the son of a winemaker from Touraine. He trained at renowned estates: Vincent Sipp in Alsace, Chteau Mangot in Saint milion, Thierry and Paul Pillot in Chassagne Montrachet, and Raphal Coche at Coche Dury in Meursault. His 10 hectare vineyard is divided into 25 plots, cultivated like small gardens and converted to organic farming .
