Dimensions at widest points are approximately 120 mm x 70 mm x 45 mm. thick. Weighs 617 grams. Studies have shown that these are probably the oldest agates in the world with an age in excess of 2 billion years. They occur in the Maddina Formation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. From near Nullagine, Pilbara region, Western Australia.
