An extremely well preserved Heer Panzer Troops EM NCOs M35 overseas cap, constructed of black wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which are scalloped toward the front. A single ventilation hole flanks each side of the crown, reinforced with black painted metal grommets.
