It is made from two traditionally disprised grape varieties of Southern France: Cinsault and Carignan. That was the case when we start bottling the Cuvee, now theyre almost highly fashionable. The two stalwart varieties were used to make vin ordinaire (ordinary wine) that was a daily drink for many in the region and in France.
