In silver, a lovely white enamelled double headed eagle, the center medallion featuring a white enamelled cross, the reverse medallion presents the crowned cypher of Milan I MI on a red enamelled field, the eagle is secured to a large surmounting crown by two blue enamelled pendilia inscribed 22 1882 on the reverse, measures 35. 30mm (w) x 74. 85mm (h), weighs 38. 5 grams, marked on ring KF
