Stanton & Killeen Shiraz/Durif barbera-dalba-doc Perfect with aged parmesanAromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice complement bright, sweet fruit from the Shiraz (60%) and persistent tannins and good structure from the Durif (40%), ensuring a lengthy and full palate. Look Deep and clear ruby to purple. Nose Violets and wood spices, morello cherries. Taste A full flavoured blend, complimentary combination of the Durif tannins and Shiraz fruits. Good length with refreshing grip.
