Mouthwatering and fresh, it shows aromas of red apples, pears and toasts. Oxney Estate NV sparkling is a blend of different parcels across the estate, combined with reserve wines, some of them aged in Burgundy barrels. This is a traditional method sparkling wine, with the second fermentation happening in the bottle. The wine was aged on the lees and further matured
