Fred Jerbis Amaro 25% 700ml la-spinetta Pannell and one under ProteroFred Jerbis is the nom d'amaro for Frederico Cremasco, a Friulian distiller and forager whose small batch spirits we recently discovered. This Amaro is made as a single batch infusion with 16 botanicals, including lime, mulberry, and birch. This is old school, no added color, low sugar amaro with a medium bitterness and a refreshing whiff of fresh mountain greenery. At a modest 25% ABV, this is a an easy sipping drink that plays well both on its own
