Instituted in 1926. Three piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, yellow, green and light blue enamels, number engraved "212" on the reverse, measuring 52 mm (w) x 52. 5 mm (h), screwback, fine chipping evident in the red enamels on the left end of the red banner and in the white enamels on the circular disk between 5 and 6 o'clock, otherwise the enamels are intact, traces of gilt remains on the
