Germany, Heer. An Em/Nco’s Belt Buckle By Noelle & Hueck Auction The accompanying scabbard has a(Heer Grtelschnalle). Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a central raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, maker marked N & H for Noelle and Hueck, Ldenscheid, with a date of 1942, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
