A Commander badge presenting a silver gilt cross with white and blue enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials and Fleur de lis in each quadrant , the obverse medallion presents a superimposed figure of the virgin Mary in a white dress with a dark blue enamelled wrap detailed with small stars, on a gold oval shaped medallion with hand ending and a blue
