The picture shows a young man in uniform, the collar patches and shoulder boards identify him as an SS Unterscharfhrer in the Leibstandarte SS A. H. He wears an Iron Cross 2nd Class ribbon, an Infantry Assault Badge, a Black Grade Wound Badge, and a DRL Sports Badge.
