Nachmelen Hruka was made by co fermenting Herefordshire perry pears and wort made in the style of a Czech sv? tl lek (light lager), using Czech grown barley and, for this third edition, US Centennial hops. The resulting beer conditioned in bottle for 7 months before release. Named by Tom's Czech right hand man Jarek, "Nachmelen Hruka" translates as "hopped or drunk pear.
