Passionfruit and green apple scents jump out of the glass with some subtle herbaceous grassy and mineral notes also evident. Intense ripe passionfruit flavours explode across the palate with notions of green apple, lime and delicate grassy characters lurking underneath. Finishes dry with crisp minerally acidity and a long scrumptious aftertaste.
