Constructed of 18kt Gold of exceptional jewelers quality, consisting of a white enameled Shamrock Cross with green enameled fans in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, suspended from the original green ribbon sewn closed at the top, measures 38. 9 mm (w) x 40. 8 mm (h), weighs 9. 79 grams including ribbon, several hairline cracks around the tips of the arms, remains
