Theodore Giles Montague was born in 1836 in Ohio and enlisted on August 2
Canada. A Centennial Medal 1867-1967 Newly Listed marked “SS 55/42 RZM” forIn silver, measuring 36. 5 mm in diameter, edge nicks, light contact, original ribbon, near very fine. Footnote: The medal was awarded in celebration of the centenary of Canadian Confederation, to those recommended by national and provincial governments, along with a variety of other bodies and associations. Approximate 29,500 medals were awarded, including 8,500 to the military.
