A circular silver medal, suspended from a single toe claw attached to the center of the award with a slotted bar, suspended from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collectors mounting), the obverse depicting a leftward facing effigy of King George V circumscribed by his name and title in Latin, the reverse depicting St. George mounted on a horse armed with a short sword trampling
