The old label dates the specimen to 5 November 1993. This is a solid cabinet size piece with deep iron red hematite, sparkly dark specularite areas and small blue fluorite accents in the natural cavities and seams. Florence Mine is a classic West Cumbrian locality, and the hematite with blue fluorite association is one of its best known
