Vintage Shelter "When 20 Summers Pass" Victory Records Promotional Poster Alternative is from the bands's 1989Krishna core legends Shelter, the band founded by Ray Cappo after the breakup of Youth Of Today, released When 20 Summers Pass, their eighth full length, in 2000. After pushing the limits of their sound, the band began experimenting with a more melodic sound.
