Farina Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2021 lignier-michelot At Chateau de la NeglySuperb wine and pride of the Valpolicella Classica, it comes from a careful selection of grapes put to dry in the typical fruit for about four months. Meticulous control of the grapes during drying and the right aging of the wine between barriques and oak barrels of Slavonia develop complexity of aromas and flavors, to finish harmonizing in cement tanks. Elegant, soft and balanced, it is an expression of tradition, terroir and passion.
