O." in black ink on the front panel, with a German Police Director in Brno stamp in red ink at the left and a Czech Brno Police stamp in black ink at the right, the underside stamped in green ink "Klempa" above "BLOCK VI" in handwritten blue ink where the two ends of the armband are sewn together at the rear,
