Edwards Shiraz 2015 pierre-amadieu 80% GrenacheVinification Gently vinified in stainless steel open fermenters. Hand plunged and basket pressed at dryness. 30% had up to 2 weeks extended skin contact. Maturation Maturation for 15 months in 25% new and 75% older French and American oak barriques. Aroma Rich spicy aromas of white pepper. Palate A palate of rich berries and spices, with a soft elegant finish.
