It states that Feldwebel (Sergeant) Karl Schulz was awarded the Pilots Badge in Berlin on October 19, 1940. The transcript is dated to Nordhausen on November 13, 1940 and signed in black ink by Captain and Company Chief of the 2nd Pilot Company of Air Fleet Signals School 1, Wallmann.
