Fire Gully Rose 2022 -STOCKTAKE- bendigo while still maintaining the natural88% Shiraz and 12% Tinta Cao hand picked, chilled then sorted by hand, before whole bunch pressing using a modified champagne cycle. Naturally fermented and left to mature in French barriques. Fresh, vibrant berries and roses with a hint of spice and vanilla. Aromatic yet dry with crisp fresh acidity. Best when chilled, as indeed we all are! Strawberries, Roses and Raspberries.
