Constricted of red dyed cotton twill, the exterior bearing a central white disc measuring 83 mm in diameter overlaid by a central black mobile swastika, the interior bearing an illegible NSDAP district stamp, otherwise unmarked, measuring 232 mm (l) x 112 mm (h), with minor soiling evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
