A Commander neck badge, consisting of 18K Gold, in the form of a white enamelled shamrock cross with the green rays of a Maltese cross in each quadrant, the reverse mirrors the obverse, surmounted by a large hollow Gold crown, worn on a full length original green neck ribbon, measures 54 mm (w) x 88 mm (h), weighs 31. 45 grams (including ribbon), enamel cracks and discolouration on white
