Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey inscription of HERMANN GRING in block script, the reverse featuring a black cotton liner, unmarked, measuring 4 cm (w) x 44. 5 cm (l), in unissued and near mint condition.
