Sidewood Pinot Gris 2025 antoniolo nectarine and citrusThis complex Pinot Gris is handmade in a traditional style. Fruit was 100% hand picked over a two week period from selected rows at our Oakbank vineyard. Perfectly ripened grapes were chilled prior to being 90% whole bunch pressed, the free run juice was then barrel fermented and matured for 5 months using wild yeast in 100% larger format French oak. Aromas of tangerine, lemon rind and talc lead to a balanced textural wine, displaying flavours of
