Germany, Wehrmacht. A German Cross In Gold By C.f. Zimmermann Newly Listed small flair design(Deutsches Kreuz in Gold). Instituted 28 September 1941 by A. H. (Issued 1941 1945). Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, consisting of a double overlaid sunburst pattern with eight points, the center with a black enameled rotated mobile swastika, within a stamped gilded circular wreath impressed with oak leaves, ribbons, and the introduction year 1941, the inner and outer sides of the wreath feature a thin red enameled rings with a gilded core
