Size: 2. 5 in. tall Weight: 13. 1 oz Location: Brazil Citrine is a variety of quartz. It gets its name from the Latin word "citron". The color of citrine is not fully understood. Some citrine is colored from aluminum based centers and irradiation. This is similar to smoky quartz. More common, commercial grade
