Lifted aniseed, black cherry and dark plum aromas intermix with toasty vanillin oak, earthy dark chocolate and pepper notes. Rich fleshy textured liquorice, black cherry and dark plum fruits overlay a toasty vanillin oak and peppered earth back drop. Firm, slightly chewy tannins with a lingering finish of liquorice, toasty vanillin oak, black olive and pepper.
